2023 Tour to Trowbridge.
David Price, Peter Cox and Michael Sutton we all owe you huge
congratulations on a job well done, and to all of you who rode to Trowbridge on Thursday and rode back today you managed the whole 4 days no mean feat. I have maintained social media silence on this tour, because we were having so much fun I wouldn’t have done it justice, the planning, the routes and the POI’s on the way round the impromptu information talks by people who really didn’t know they were about to do it but stood before us and delivered just as if it was planned. The places we went the things we saw, the people we met, the competitions we lost (welly wanging) and the friendly way we went about it are a credit to this friendly cycle club.
I think everyone to a man will tell you about this tour and will still be recalling this tour for years to come.
Trowbridge and it’s surrounding areas certainly delivered on a varied terrain and beautiful views and a varied history, which over the course of the weekend we learnt about.
So David, Peter and Michael, from all of us thank you.
For those that didn’t take part this year get in early for next years I’m sure we are already planning one behind the scenes.
